The Internet of Things (IoT) and Wearables are currently at the top of the Gartner Hype Cycle for Emerging Technologies.

I am offering a few final year thesis projects on these topics here at the School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (ITEE) at the University of Queensland (UQ) in Australia. This site is aimed at supporting my students enrolled in this subject (if you are representing industry and have come across this site please contact me if you are interested in exploring an IoT or Wearable idea, I welcome requests from industry to become a mentor of my students and encourage our students to connect to a client to elicit requirements for the project to foster a close relationship between the needs of end-users and the actual product developed).

To give you the best chance of succeeding in your thesis project I am providing you all with some basic resources that I have collected over the years and that I would like to share with you via this webapp. I also encourage you to communicate with each other. Share ideas, ask questions and make use of each other's knowledge in your respective fields of design, hardware, software and creativity. Make friends, increase your network and have fun!
